Miscellaneous Status Counters by Hoopajoob I believe the majority of these were designed by Richard Bax (with the exception of Showdowns-3 original, Showdowns-7 original and Variants-5 original).Īssorted Half-Inch counters by Richard Bax Unlike with the Babylon 5 SCSs, authorship of most of these SCSs is clearly indicated on the document. The majority of these SCSs were created by Paul Brown, Tyrel Lohr, Graham Short, Geoffrey Stano and Jeremy Stano. I suspect that I am incorrect in a few places, and I know that there are large gaps in my information.
Wherever possible, I have indicated the sources of the conversions: TV, Movie or SFB. Also make sure you get the Ship Book and the Conversion Rules. If you know the source (TV/movie or SFB) of one or more of the SCSs, please contact me. I am slowly rectifying this, but at the moment almost everything is thrown in together.
When I first started collecting these, I didn't distinguish between SFB and TV/movie conversions. In some cases, there is a TV/movie-derived SCS and an SFB-derived SCS for the same ship. Because many authors have designed ST conversion ships independently, there will be duplicates of certain ships, each with its own unique style.
Please bear in mind that there are two types of Star Trek conversions: those made based on the TV shows and movies, and those based on Star Fleet Battles ships by the Amarillo Design Bureau. B5Wars SCSs and DocumentsĮarth Alliance (other unofficial, part 1)Įarth Alliance (other unofficial, part 2) Although AoG Wars (above) is free as well, it does not include ship design rules or options for three-dimensional combat and conservation of momentum. The game documents are free to download and copy. It is currently in a "late beta" phase and is fully playable. Ships from B5Wars are easily converted to Cold Infinity, and Cold Infinity's general gameplay is similar to that of B5Wars.
Fluff and special rules for Babcom SCSs appear in the Babcom documents zip file. Each SCS zipfile contains every SCS that I have been able to find for that species. I have created this site out of concern that some of the designers' sites may at some point go beyond the Rim, and because I found it less than easy to locate all of the excellent ship designs that are floating around the Web.įluff documents that contain information on multiple species appear in the Documents section at the bottom, although the associated SCS files appear in the main list. None are my own work (except for the first four Special Materials). The Vault, begun in November 2006, offers copies of every Babylon 5 Wars ("B5Wars") Second Edition Ship Control Sheet (SCS), ship counter and background information file (fluff) that I have been able to locate.
